Order Requirements
- Orders must include "24 Hours FREE" on a purchase order and in the subject line of the email.
- Orders that are faxed must clearly state "72 Hours FREE" on the P.O.
- 24 Hour Service begins at closure of business 8:00AM to 5:00PM on the day of recipt of the art proof, sign off and your order will ship by close of business 24 hours later.
- Weekends and holidays are not considered working days.
- Subject to stock availability.

- Proofs - Please allow an additional 24 hours if a proof is required.
- Artwork Changes - Please allow additional time for artwork adjustments.
- Accounts on credit hold are not eligible.
- BIC cannot guarantee 24 Hour Service in the event of severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God or any other events outside of BIC's reasonable control.
