STANDARD SHIPPING
1. Catalog quantity orders will ship Quick BIC Plus and Sheaffer Accel via 2-day service for the same cost as ground parcel service per carton. Quick BIC Plus will be the default shipping method unless another carrier is specified on your purchase order. (Remember, by requesting Quick BIC Plus you receive the added advantage of 2-day service for the same cost as ground parcel service, however, the rates are calculated on a per carton basis). Please specify "GROUND" service if you do not want your packages to ship Quick BIC Plus. If you would like to ship overnight, please reference the chart below, "Quick BIC Plus and Sheaffer Accel Freight Calculation" and Chart C below.
2. Quick BIC PlusSM and Sheaffer AccelTM rates apply to catalog quantities and standard packaging as shown in our 2007 Catalog for shipments to continental United States destinations only.
3. BIC Sticky Note Cube, BIC Notebook and BIC Promotional Variety Pack orders will default to ground shipping (not 2-Day Quick BIC Plus) unless otherwise specified.
2-day air service is also available at standard published rates.
4. Since BIC Magnet and BIC Sticky Note products are heavy, selecting "Ground" Shipment on your P.O. may reduce shipping costs. Costs will be calculated on the total weight of your order vs.
on a per carton basis.
5. Ground and Air Parcel Service Rates are subject to change without notice. Due to fluctuations in fuel prices, if surcharges are incurred, these will be added to the existing freight charge.
6. BIC Graphic USA reserves the right to change carrier and service level without notice.
7. If applicable, a third party billing handling charge of $5.00 will be added to the invoice.
8. Up to 20 drop shipment locations are available at no charge and then a $3.00(Z) fee per location will apply.


GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Requests to ship by U.S. Mail, or to a P.O. Box, will incur a $5.00(Z) service charge, plus postage and insurance. BIC Graphic USA will not be responsible for lost or damaged products or for the tracking of product shipped by U.S. Mail. BIC Graphic USA will not ship by U.S. Postal Service to Puerto Rico.
2. Any claims concerning lost, delayed or damaged merchandise must be made directly to the carrier.
3. F.O.B. Factory Shipping charges will be added to invoice. Please supply complete street address. BIC Graphic USA cannot assume responsibility for time delays in transit. Our responsibility ceases when merchandise is delivered to the carrier.
4. No charge split shipments/drop shipments cannot be less than the standard pack quantity.
5. C.O.D. shipments not available.
6. Please see special freight chart (page 223) required for all #LTR orders.
7. Freight charges for LTR orders do not apply for shipments to AK, HI and P.R. Please call customer service for freight quotes to these locations.
8. BIC Lighter shipments to Alaska will incur an additional 2-3 day transit time.

QUICK BIC PLUS AND SHEAFFER ACCEL FREIGHT CALCULATION
Follow these simple instructions to determine your shipping costs:
1. Determine your number of cartons and weight in lbs. per carton by referring to the respective product page under "Standard Packaging" in this catalog. Additional freight charges will apply for
non-standard packaging.
2. Determine your Shipment Zone by using CHART A, Standard Ground Parcel Service Zone, on the following page.
3. Determine your shipping cost per carton by matching your zone with the weight in lbs. per carton by using CHART B, Standard Ground Parcel Service Rates, on the following page.
4. Determine your total shipping cost by multiplying the number of cartons to be shipped by the per carton cost.
5. Quick BIC PlusSM does not apply for shipments to AK, HI and P.R. Please call customer service for freight quotes to these locations.

PLEASE NOTE: A partial case is rated at the full case weight when determining total shipping cost.

All #LTR orders ship from Canada via Air Freight. Please use the chart below to reference the appropriate shipping charges for your order. Freight charges are based on quantity, so the freight can be easily referenced.
