Order Requirements
- Complete order and art must be sent to the 24 Hour fax number or email address.
- See the Distributor Reference Guide for complete details.
- Orders must include "24 FREE" on the purchase order and in the subject line of the email.
- Orders that are faxed must clearly state "24 FREE" on the P.O.
- For all products (excluding bags) complete order and electronic or production-ready artwork must be received at the BIC Graphic factory by midnight EST, Monday through Friday.
- All Bag orders must be received at the factory by 8:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.
- 24 Hour Service begins at midnight EST and your order will ship by 11:00 p.m. the next working day. Shipping default is UPS Ground.
- Any order requiring an overnight shipping method must be received at the factory by 8:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday and will ship the next working day.
- Weekends and holidays are not considered working days.
- A phone number or email address is required, including after-hours contact information, so that we can reach you with any questions regarding your order.

Shipping
- Shipping method must be stated on your P.O. The default is UPS Ground.
- BIC cannot guarantee a delivery date.
- Customer pick-ups must be arranged during normal working hours.

- Proofs - Please allow 3 additional working days if a proof is required.
- Artwork Changes - Please allow additional time for artwork adjustments.
- Accounts on credit hold are not eligible.
- BIC cannot guarantee 24 Hour Service in the event of severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God or any other events outside of BIC's reasonable control.
